Overview

A chalazion is a lump that appears in the eyes due to gland blockage on the eyelid. Mostly they appear on upper eyelids. There may be chances of getting more than one chalazion at one time then it is called chalazia. It is a prevalent type of eyelid bump. These are often recurring in nature.
